The Role

As a member of our care team, you will:

• Deliver care and support in line with personalised care plans and risk assessments.

• Promote choice, independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

• Build trusting relationships with service users, families, and professionals.

• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times.

• Work in accordance with safeguarding procedures, company policies, and CQC and Ofsted standards.
