Our Story

Starting as a small business in Milton Keynes, we have always framed our work on a business philosophy that aims to reflect and promote values that focus upon the individual service user as being at the centre of the care service planning and delivery.

Our passion for Bestfield Care Limited means that we provide our service users with the highest quality of care, that is guaranteed to meet their needs and keep them satisfied!

With a motivated team, we strive to ensure that service users we support are always treated with dignity, compassion and respect. This is why we are always looking for training opportunities to keep our support staff up to date with new skills to offer the best service.

What Can We Do for You?

Person centered care forms the core of the service we provide here at Bestfield Care Limited and our staff are committed to meeting with our aims and objectives.

A full assessment of needs will be undertaken prior to starting care.

Our Manager or the Senior Support worker will undertake a comprehensive assessment to determine the specific support needs of the individual, and a clear, collaborative care plan will be written up by both the service user and key worker.

We work with CPD Accredited & Skills for Care endorsed Trainers.

We aim to ensure that all our staff are continually provided with up to date training and we welcome the feedback from our service users and their representatives.

We are committed to promoting independence and choice.

We aim to provide support, care services that respect the rights and choices of individuals; values the diversity of the communities we service; treat each service user as an individual, regardless of their gender, culture, sexual orientation or ability; and promoting independence for all service users and, where appropriate, assist service users to attain more independent living.

We want to help our service users to realise personal aspirations and abilities in all aspects of their lives.

We achieve this through collaborative support, using the Homelessness Star model, which builds self-confidence alongside the skills needed to become self-reliant. Support focuses on 10 areas:
